With many special needs condition, stamina and endurance are often lacking. Some of it is due to the condition itself while some of it is due to inactivity.

My mandate is to assess, develop and implement individualized exercise programs for healthy or medically-cleared persons with a physical, sensory or cognitive disability. .

Sessions will promote the education of health & well-being through fitness & activity programs and its implementation in day to day activities.

Joelsfitness offers services to all individuals with disabilities.

Benefits of my Programs

 Physical activity increases the ability to perform daily activities independently and similar to able-bodied population. Exercise decreases the risk of cardiovascular disease.  Strength training increases coordination of movement and improves balance and accuracy of movement while decreasing the frequency of pressure sores and cramping.  Training will help increase joint stability and in turn reduce the possibility of overuse injuries.

1-  Initial consultation, fitness assessment and Goal-Setting Session

2-  Designing and implementation of the customized fitness program
